Kay Solanki
Kay is a professional executive, non executive mentor coach, board practitioner, creator & facilitator of executive professional development & business improvement programs.
She brings over 25 years’ experience from her international executive, business leadership & entrepreneurship career working across international geographies with clients from corporate, private, not for profit & government.
Described as the ‘Board of 1’. She has been instrumental in leveraging her expertise in helping directors, non executive directors & leadership teams optimise performance and craft their professional brands.
Her work within AICD’s consulting team developed her experience working on board effectiveness and governance improvement projects. This ignited her passion for bringing more diversity, contribution & leadership to the boardroom.
Paul Smith
Paul is the founder of Future Directors, award-winning board leadership specialist, experienced non-exec chair, director and mentor.
For 15 years, Paul has supported the success of thousands of diverse directors, boards and companies across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East and North America.
Described as a ‘board futurist’, he is known as one of the leading thinkers on the future of board governance and is a sought after speaker and writer on a range of topics including,
high-performing boards, inclusive decision-making, intentional board careers, the art of board leadership, board technology (including AI).
He facilitates training programs for Future Directors, as well as NZ Institute of Directors, Middle East Institute of Directors, Westpac, MinterEllison and more.
